How Custom Orders Work

Send us your design, measurements, or idea.

We review the design, materials, dimensions, and additional features with you.
3. Receive Your Quote
The price is determined according to the design, measurements, materials, and requested additions.
4. Confirm Your Order
Once you approve the final details and price, a 25% deposit is required to confirm the order.
5. Manufacturing
Your order is sent to the factory within 24 hours of confirmation, and we may share photos with you during manufacturing and before shipping.
6. Delivery
We coordinate the delivery date with you. Installation is free for beds and wardrobes.
