Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Tafaseel Home Decor, many of our products are made according to the customer's selected design, measurements, materials, colors, and specifications. Please review the following terms before confirming your order.

Order Confirmation

An order is confirmed when the customer agrees to the final details and pays a 25% deposit of the total order value.

The order is sent to the factory within 24 hours of confirmation.

Cancellation Within 24 Hours

The customer may cancel the order within the first 24 hours, before the order is sent to the factory, and receive a full refund of the 25% deposit.

Cancellation After the Order Is Sent to the Factory

Once the order has been sent to the factory and manufacturing has started, the deposit is non-refundable if the customer cancels the order.

Cancellation by Tafaseel Home Decor

If Tafaseel Home Decor cancels an order, the customer's 25% deposit will be refunded in full.

Refusal of Delivery

Customers are required to inspect their order before final acceptance.

If the product does not match the agreed specifications or has a manufacturing defect that is apparent upon inspection, the customer may refuse the order and receive a full refund of the deposit, with no delivery or additional fees charged in this case.

If the customer refuses a correct order without a defect or discrepancy, the deposit is non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for the delivery cost.

Change of Mind

Once a customer has received and accepted a product that matches the agreed specifications and is free from visible defects, returns or exchanges are not accepted simply because the customer changed their mind.

Customized Orders

Customized products, including special measurements, designs, materials, colors, or additional features, are subject to the agreed specifications.

Once manufacturing has started, customized orders cannot be cancelled for a refund.
