Terms & Conditions
Welcome to Tafaseel Home Decor.
By placing an order through our store, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Orders & Deposits
An order is confirmed after the customer agrees to the final product details and pays a 25% deposit.
The remaining 75% is paid upon delivery.
Payment Methods
The deposit can be paid through:
- InstaPay
- An electronic wallet if InstaPay is unavailable
The remaining balance can be paid upon delivery through:
- InstaPay
- An electronic wallet
- Cash, if neither InstaPay nor an electronic wallet is available
Customized Products
We offer both ready-made products and customized products.
Customers may request custom designs and measurements, subject to manufacturing feasibility.
The price of a customized order is determined according to the design, measurements, materials, and requested additions.
The customer must agree to the final specifications and price before paying the deposit.
Manufacturing Updates
During manufacturing, Tafaseel Home Decor may send the customer photos showing the progress of the order and photos before shipping.
Customers may request modifications based on these photos when the requested modification is technically possible.
Any additional cost resulting from a modification will be paid by the customer.
Some modifications may not be possible after manufacturing has started.
Modifications may also affect the estimated delivery time.
Inspection Before Acceptance
Customers must inspect their order with the delivery representative before final acceptance.
If the product does not match the agreed specifications or has an applicable manufacturing defect, the customer may refuse delivery according to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Once the customer has inspected and signed for the order, the order is considered accepted.
Additional Charges
If an additional charge becomes necessary due to a requested modification, special requirements, additional materials, re-delivery, or another applicable circumstance, the customer will be informed before the charge is incurred and the matter will be handled according to the specific case and agreement.
Customer Rewards
After receiving an order, the customer may choose one of the following rewards:
5% Cashback
The customer can receive 5% cashback on the product value only, excluding delivery fees, by providing one of the following:
- A photo of the product after installation.
- A video review.
- A written review on Facebook.
The cashback will be transferred through InstaPay within 24 hours after the required content is provided.
10% Discount
Alternatively, the customer may receive a 10% discount on one future order.
The discount:
- Is valid for one year from the date of receiving the original order.
- Can be used once only.
- Is calculated on the product value only, excluding delivery fees.
- Can be combined with other offers or discounts.
- Has no minimum order value.
The customer may choose either the 5% cashback or the 10% discount, not both.
Product Photos
Photos of products manufactured by Tafaseel Home Decor may be used by Tafaseel Home Decor on its website, social media pages, advertisements, and other marketing channels.
Customer personal information will not be published as part of such use.
