Shipping & Delivery Policy
Tafaseel Home Decor delivers furniture and home décor products to selected areas across Egypt.
Delivery Areas
Delivery availability depends on the product:
- Some products are available in Cairo and Giza only.
- Some products are available in Cairo, Giza, Alexandria, and Sharqia.
- Some products can be delivered to all Egyptian governorates.
The available delivery areas will be confirmed according to the selected product.
Delivery Fees
- Cairo & Giza: 450 EGP
- Other areas: Delivery fees vary according to the location and product.
Any applicable additional delivery fees will be communicated to the customer before they are incurred.
Production & Delivery Time
The estimated production and delivery time varies depending on the product.
Some products may require approximately 7 business days, while others may require 10–14 business days or 14–20 business days.
The expected timeframe will be communicated to the customer before the order is confirmed.
The production/delivery period begins from the date the order is sent to the factory, which occurs within 24 hours of order confirmation and deposit payment.
Delivery Appointment
Tafaseel Home Decor will coordinate with the customer to arrange a suitable delivery date.
If the requested date is not available, an alternative date will be arranged.
If the customer is unavailable at the agreed delivery time, a new delivery appointment may be arranged. Additional delivery fees may apply depending on the circumstances and agreement with the customer.
Installation
Standard delivery includes delivery only.
Installation is available free of charge for beds and wardrobes and is performed on the same day as delivery.
Delays Outside Our Control
If delivery is delayed due to the shipping company or circumstances outside Tafaseel Home Decor's control, the customer will be informed of the updated delivery date.
No compensation will be provided for delays caused by circumstances outside our control.
Order Tracking
Once an order is shipped, the customer will receive a tracking link when applicable.
